ICEM 2026 will be held at Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) in the heart of Scotland’s capital city.
The theme of the ICEM 2026 is «Blending new technology with traditional genotoxicity approaches to solve real world problems».
Developing new technologies to understand the impacts on our genome and our health is vital, as is the continued deployment of state of the art approaches developed over recent years. Mechanistic understanding of genome threats, the use of innovative in vitro models, artificial intelligence and novel bioinformatics platforms, are essential and will be a key focus across the programme.
The 14th ICEM will offer 30 symposia, as well as 10 plenary lectures and a series of interactive poster sessions from scientists in environmental mutagenesis, genomics, and related fields.
Speakers will present their latest findings on how chemical, physical and biological agents damage our genomes, the cellular processes that deal with induced DNA damage, the health consequences of unrepaired damage, and regulatory advances in these areas.
